Engr. Adebayo Ayorinde holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Ife and a GMP from Harvard University USA and has 30 years’ experience in Oil Exploration and Production. He worked for Ashland Oil, Texaco Overseas, Moni Pulo, Allied Energy, Afren, and currently, Eland Oil and Gas/ Elcrest Exploration & Production Nigeria Limited.
Recent work includes successfully managing E&P operations for intermediate E&P operators as Chief Executive Officer/Executive Director for Allied Energy before joining Afren Nigeria. Managed the entire Technical Department in Moni Pulo from 1998 to 2008, Commencing production from 25,000 bopd. Adebayo has managed onshore production of about 10,000 bopd with water injection of about 30,000 bbls/day and gas injection of about 70mmscfd for Ashland. Present Position is Managing Director for Eland Oil and Gas/Elcrest E & P for the past 22 months.
Adebayo has managed different onshore and offshore projects, with production levels ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 bbls/day. Has managed 80,000 bopd FPSO (2,000,000 bbls storage) in about 150 feet of water. He Is a member of SPE.
Engr. Bank Anthony Okoroafor holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and MBA from Surrey, UK and OPM from Harvard University, USA; and has 30 years of international and domestic Oil & Gas (O&G) experience.
Currently the MD of an Oilfield Services Companies Vhelbherg Ltd. and CB Geophysical Solutions Ltd, Bank-Anthony worked for 15yrs with Schlumberger International in Uk, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tunisia, Algeria, Paris, Nigeria before setting up his companies in 2002. He is a member of the following professional bodies – PETAN, SPE, NAPE.
Vhelbherg International Ltd is an Early Production Facility (EPF) Company. Vhelbherg has designed, built and currently managing Early production Facilities levels ranging from 10,000 to 25,000bbls/day. CB Geophysical Solutions Ltd is a Seismic Data Acquisition, Processing, Interpretation & Studies Company.
Dalil Mohammed Wanka is a Businessman with experience in public and private sectors. He is a Founder and Director is several companies. These companies include Volaris Oil and Maritime Services Ltd, Arlington Securitas Nigeria, Vovida Communications Nigeria Limitedd and Stanton Construction and Engineering Limited.
He was a Special Assistant to the Honourable Minister of Finance, Federal Republic of Nigeria. In 2006 he was a Personal Assistant to the Director, Debt Management Office. He also worked as a member of the Nigeria Project Agenda Committee saddled with the responsibility of formulating strategies for achieving the seven-point agenda of then President-elect Umaru Musa Yar’adua.
Dalil holds a First Class degree in Economics from Eastern Mediterranean University, North Cyprus.

Tope has been involved in many significant Energy and Oil and Gas transactions, as well as commercial transactions and has worked in different capacities with a list that includes major international and indigenous companies.
Ibrahim Aminu Bagudu is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry. He holds an MSc in Oil & Gas Engineering from Robert Gordon University Scotland and an HND in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from St. Lawrence College of Applied Arts & Technology, Canada.
He joined NNPC in 1984 as a Graduate Trainee and has since gained over 34 years of industry experience. His expertise includes maintenance of rotating machinery, gas development projects, strategic planning and business development, project management, and facility installations in oil and gas operations.
Throughout his career, Ibrahim has held various positions within NNPC and its subsidiaries. He served as a Maintenance Engineer at KRPC Ltd in Kaduna for 14 years, where he eventually became the Machinery Maintenance Superintendent. He then joined NAPIMS as a Project Engineer in the Gas Division before being promoted to Chief Project Engineer.
Ibrahim has also held roles such as Acting Deputy Manager in Planning & Business Development at Integrated Data Services Limited (IDSL) Benin and Deputy Manager in Development & Production PSC Gas Offshore/Onshore at NAPIMS. He has also served as the Manager of the Project Management Gas Division at NAPIMS, where he coordinated all gas project activities.
In 2016, Ibrahim was appointed as the GM of Planning & Business Development at the GPIC Gas & Power Directorate. He was later redeployed as the GM of Planning & Business Development at the Gas & Power Directorate in the COO Office. He is currently serving as the GM of ETSD at NPDC, Benin.
lbrahim has actively contributed to the development and implementation of the Nigerian Gas Master Plan and has played a key role in commercial agreements and gas infrastructural development. He has also been involved in various significant projects, including the commissioning of the LAB Petrochemical Plant.
Dr. Haruna Onuh holds a Bachelor of Geology & Mining degree from the University of Jos and MSc & Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering from African University of Science and Technology, Abuja; and has 19 years of international and domestic Oil & Gas (O&G) experience.
Haruna worked for NNPC, FlowGrids, Shell Petroleum Nigeria, Halliburton Energy Services, and currently the Chief Technical/Operating Officer (COO/CTO) with Dutchford Exploration and Production Company for the Udibe Field Drilling Platform and Drilling operations. Haruna worked for nearly 9-years with Halliburton Energy Services in Nigeria as the Technology Manager, Integrated Well Intervention Manager and Country Operation’s Manager for the Consulting and Project Management product service line prior to early retirement in 2023 to support marginal field development.
Haruna has managed different well intervention, workovers and drilling projects both onshore and offshore and has managed production levels and behind pipe bypassed oil development in mature fields and green field development. In 2024, He has project managed the successful delivery of the EPCIC for the Udibe Field conductor supported platform in 90- feet of water with the drilling of the first well.
Haruna is a visiting faculty member for graduate programs in Petroleum Engineering modules with the African University of Science and Technology and Nigerian Turkish Nile University in Abuja. He is a member of the following professional bodies – SPE, NAPE, SPWLA and COMEG.
